Weifeng Dai is responsible for developing, managing and guiding business activities for automotive foam component & applications business in China. Organizing the sales, & business development team, the Business Director will propose and execute sound strategies and innovative development initiatives to capture the business opportunities in the segment, and help to realize sustainable growth on sales & profitability.

Weifeng Dai joined SHBW in 1997. Mr. Dai has held a deputy GM positions from 2008 to 2010 and worked 3 years as operation director from 2010 to 2012.

Mr. Dai graduated from Donghua University in Shanghai in 1997, got his Master degree. And he also graduated from Jiaotong University in Shanghai in 2004, got MBA degree.
