Thomas Xu joined Broadway in Sep, 2017 as Vice President responsible for managing Sales and Business Development. Mr. Xu is responsible for building a high performing global sales organization, and lead Sales and Business Development of Broadway achieving a higher profitable growth.

Mr. Xu has over 26 years of sales and marketing, operations, and general management experience in the packaging, automotive and FMCG industries with various global companies. Prior to joining us, Mr. Xu held the position of Managing Director in a global US packaging company, where he had responsibility for China and Asia Pacific region. He led strategy and market development, manufacturing and supply chain, design, and project management.

Mr. Xu holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor degree in Environment Engineering from Tong Ji University.
