Shuon Wan

Group CFO

Mr. Wan Kwong Shuon joined Broadway Holding in February 2017 as Group CFO. He is responsible for the full spectrum of Finance, HR & Admin, IT and Corporate Transformation functions.

Prior to joining Broadway Holding, Mr. Wan was Asia CFO for MNCs including WABCO, Takeda and General Electric.

Mr. Wan has extensive experience building finance and corporate support organizations across Asia. He has successfully led numerous projects involving post acquisition integration, corporate restructuring, business development and geographical expansion.

Mr. Wan holds a degree in Accountancy from the National University of Singapore and is a Fellow Charted Accountant of Singapore.

He is married to Ros and has two daughters. Currently based in Singapore, they have also lived in New York, Shanghai and Hong Kong.
