Lin Lin

General Counsel

Lin Lin joined Broadway and Compart as Group General Counsel in June 2017. She is responsible to take the lead for the Group across the full range of legal matters.

Ms. Lin has over 12 years’ working experience in legal industry, working in both private practice and in-house positions. Prior to joining Broadway and Compart, she served as Legal & Compliance Counsel, Greater Asia for a US$ 4 billion water industry multi-national corporation. She was in charge of all the legal and compliance relating matters of its companies and representative offices across this region. Prior to this, she was Legal Counsel of a US$ 800 million manufacturing multi-national corporation, taking care of the legal affairs of all its entities in Greater China and Korea.

She also worked for several law firms in Singapore, local and international, with diversified practice areas including general commercial matters, foreign direct investment, merger & acquisition; capital market and international arbitration.

Ms. Lin received a Bachelor Degree in Law from Fudan University in China and a Master Degree in Law from National University of Singapore.
