Chris leads all strategic analysis and business performance improvement initiatives.

Chris was Senior Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company’s Asia Operations Practice. He specialized in business operational topics. He successfully turned around several companies’ performance.

Prior to McKinsey, he has ten years working experience on R&D new product development and Manufacturing process design. He designed and started up three factories in India, China and Indonesia.

Chris received his M.S in Management degree from MIT Sloan School of Management and MBA degree from Peking University. He learned material engineering during his undergraduate study.
