Barbara Ou

Director

Barbara Ou, Group HR Director, joined on June 26, 2017. She will play a strategic role to help develop organization capability and transformation in both Compart and Broadway.

Barbara has full range of HR experiences of 20 years. She took several managerial roles in many international companies, e.g. BP, PerkinElmer, AkzoNobel and Philips, where she acted as a strong HRBP and partnered closely with management team to drive business success. Over past years in her HR career, she was leading many successful M&A projects from due diligent to integration/transformation, supporting business to drive organization development/efficiency, productivity, workforce planning, etc.

Barbara obtained MBA from City University of Macau in the year of 2000.
