Anther Zhou

Group IT Director

Anther Zhou Joined Compart and Broadway in July,2017 as Group IT director responsible for providing leadership in managing IT organizations, defining the direction and objectives of key projects, leading IT operations and setting strategies, and initiatives in alignment with business strategies.

Mr. Zhou is a result-oriented professional equipped with 17 years of IT-related success in system architecture, solution delivery and project management, with recent experience in Payless ShoeSource , the largest family footwear retailer in the western hemisphere, where he served as Asia IT head responsible for leading all aspects of Payless Asia IT End-User and Application support team’s operations.

Mr. Zhou was also served for a HK based software company as manager of R&D performing business analyses, software engineering, and project management for OA, CRM and E-Commerce Solution development for mid to small sized businesses.

Mr. Zhou holds a bachelor degree in computer and science from Hunan University, and he is a certified DDI (Development Dimensions International) Facilitator.
